it’s one thing to love a person who happens to have low self esteem

it’s another thing to frame low self esteem as a desirable trait. 

In the next little while I’m going to start to get rid of things that I don’t need or want. I really have too much stuff in my room. My walls are covered in editorials that I love, so I’m going to put them into a folder. I’m going to buy some pretty boxes, and most of my books can go in them. My collection of vogue magazines can go on a shelf neatly, rather than sitting in a huge stack against a wall. I’ll sort out my makeup and make it neat and ordered. I’m keeping all my pillows though. I need a cleaner, simpler space.

i just got rid of 4 pairs of jeans

and 7 pairs of shoes

and 2 bags

and a number of jumpers and tops

i have too many things and it’s stressing me out

and normally i love having things

if there’s one thing that can show how much i don’t respect myself, then i think i’ve realised it
